I'd say go with silicone and heat it up before play. I think it's the warmth that makes it feel real, not the material, and silicone is something that can be boiled without destroying the toy.

Vixen's Vixskin and Tantus' O2 materials feel fairly skin-like, and can be completely sterilized.

I find vixskin to be fairly realistic. I've never tried a proper dildo in cyberskin myself but it might be workable.

I agree with heated silicone. When it comes to realistic it seems hard to beat some of the higher quality dual-density silicone toys, so that's what I'd go with.

Silicone. EF has some nice firm but flexible silicone ones. They also have some great realistic silicone ones. I second Vixskin and will also suggest Happy Valley.

I agree with everyones' suggestions for silicone! Do you know what length and girth you want? Then we could suggest specific dildos for you/her. All my silicone dildos are tantus. For a realistic feel you should look at the duel density ones. That means a firm silicone core, covered with a softer more skin like silicone. Someday soon I want a Vixskin, but I can't decide which one!
