I'm not sure which realistic squirting dildo you're talking about, so I'm not sure how big it is. If you are OK with a non-realistic and it is big enough you might want to look at the Tantus Squirt or Captain (same design). It's thick, squiggily and feels good. Unfortunately Tantus has discontinued it - Eden might have some still in stock or you can try the Tantus closeout section of Tantus' web page (the Captain and Squirt are the same dildo design with different color options).
While I haven't tried it, the Vixen Randy (available in VixSkin or regular silicone) is thicker and about the same length as yours, and has a dedicated fan base.

Since you no longer use the squirting aspect of the dildo I highly suggest this one. I personally vouch for it. It may be a little pricey but it is durable, realistic, and will fill you up. Also, the suction cup base is very strong and reliable.
All my time searching for a squirting one I haven't found one that is of ample length and girth(not to mention durable or comfortable looking). Your best bet is doing what ScottA said but the odds are against you for finding a squirting one with those sizes but I don't want to discourage you from trying.

Can I suggest the Adam Pleasureskin...9" long(6 1/4" insertable) and 2" around. We just received this dildo and it is AMAZING! Also with the suction cup base...can be ridden in the shower, edge of a bathtub, we stuck it to a gunsafe. The suction cup base also provides decent handling for alone time.
