Njoy toy's.

I am working on a review of the Pure Wand and was wondering if any body knows how they are made. Are they cast or forged? I did send Njoy an email asking them but they have not responded as of yet.

With so many reviews I thought I would add some info on how they are made and a more in depth look at stainless steel. Steel thing, ya know?

Sooo, anybody know?

Good question. I just finished my review for the Fun Wand, and didn't even think of that. I'm interested to see if you get an answer!

I wrote a review of the Pure Wand recently, couldn't figure that out from examining the toy, and gave up. I'll look forward to the results of your research.

I can usually tell just by looking but the finish is just so perfect. I am leaning towards cast, but have seen some really good forging's before too.

Stainless steel is too hard to be forged - I'd say there is a 90+% chance they are cast and polished.

I'd think cast or maybe even drop formed...I think I read it in someone else's review.

How'd you like it though...any teasers?

With proper heat all metal can be forged, but I think you may be right.

I am kind of surprised that I have not heard back from them yet, this is the first sex toy company that has not responded to me.

Definatly like no other toy I have used, but real nice. Temp play = Like glass but last so much longer. Definite learning curve for anal use.

Great for body/deep tissue massage, add some massage oil and away goes the stiffness in the muscles.

Epic fail for the wife, bruised pubic bone. She has a problem with any toy that has ant kind of lip to it.

Just found a web site that sell wholesale (I think) that had a place to ask about the product, here's to hope.

It won't be the last. There are a number that just don't care, even when the question is useful.

All steel can be forged, and if this was forged it would be drop-forged, but that's a (relatively) expensive process, as is machining from a steel blank. My money is on investment cast with CNC machining to finish the piece.

Thats what I am thinking too as that would keep the cost down.

I just received the Pfun and the handle has some sharp edges, not as in will cut you but pretty uncomfortable, this tells me that they are not hand finished. If they where the person doing the finishing would surly notice. Kind of a disappointment, I would think that for the price it would be more comfortable to hold. Still I like it a lot and the stimulation is very nice.

Same here. I'm using it right now sitting at the desk. The mild and constant stimulation is wonderful, but the sharp edges are a real distraction - and hurts if I move too much! I don't understand this really. And I don't see too many others complain. Maybe it's just us.
