So many people complain about ridges catching on their pubic bone, you'd think there would be more options for toys without rounded ends with ridges. If I'm going slow, I don't have a problem with this, but I can't STAND most texture.

But in the meantime, does anyone have a suggestion for a similarly sized piece? I thought I might be able to find something in glass that's similar, but there don't seem to be any 2-inch diameter glass dildos that I could find. I'll probably end up going with the Randy or one of the other larger silicone ones, but I've kind of got my heart set on finding one that's glass or wood. less

You may already know this, but you can set alerts that will tell you when products return to stock. You just go to the product page, and below where it says 'add to cart' on the right side are the options 'add to comparison' 'add to wish list' and 'set product alerts.'

Click 'set product alerts' and in the lefthand column check 'back in stock', then hit update. less

Personally, I like a lot of texture, and I've never caught my pubic bone. Lately, though, I'm trying to find a good material for a first dildo for my little sister. (I had some hard plastic round-ended, totally straight dildos, but I want her to have something better than hard plastic). The only one that seems to make sense is the Elodie, but I wish I could find something with a flared base for her, just in case.

Smooth dildos do seem to be important, for people who don't like texture, people with sensitive pubic bones, and beginners (or people buying gifts for beginners), but there really aren't very many of them around... less

Maybe consider going with something made from glass for her? I just got this one, (finally back in stock in blue, woot!) the Luxotiq Athena and I really like it a lot. It's a little bit pricier than the one you were looking at, but it does have the advantage of being curved with two usable ends in different sizes. I should really get organized and write a review of it, because the shape and size works really well for me. less
