I second Tori Rebel.
In the "normal" pregnancy there is no problem at all with using sex toys, but if your cervix is open, or if you are having complications and you aren't allowed to have sex during pregnancy, than that means no dildos either.
If you're embarrassed to ask your doctor just ask the nurse while she is checking you in. It should be fine though! Hope I helped!
