When I browse through the realistic looking dildos, most seem to be modeled to look like circumcised penises.
The few I have seen that appeared to be uncircumcised, are the Johnny and the Maverick.
I didn't use to like the look of realistic dildo's at all. But that has changed. I'm also starting to find that I like the look of dildo's that appear to have that ripple of pulled back skin under the ridge of the head.
