In order of preference:

Dual density silicone > stainless steel > glass > regular silicone

I haven't tried wood yet, but can't imagine I'd love it more than dual-density silicone.

I'm a glass supporter, 100%. It's safe, it's aesthetically pleasing(I'm the kind of person that if it looks sexy, it just FEELS sexy to me!! If I'm putting something up there, I'd rather it be pretty) and I love the fact that you can do temperature play. Nothing takes your breath away (in a good way!) like the sudden chill of a cold toy in contrast with body heat.
