It is in the free gifts section for the 10 year anniversary. When you click the add to cart on the free glass toy one, it shows up in your cart.

Got notification the the Blue Swirl I was supposed to get as my free glass toy is out of stock and it doesn't look like they're substituting. Won't get my hopes up for this one.

Edited to Add: I'm not complaining free is great, just disappointed
