As for good narrow dildos, have you tried the silk small, by tantus? It's a bit simple, but it's only 3/4 of an inch... Or if you like a bit more texture, the Splish, also by tantus, is an inch in diameter and has a nice melted wax texture. The vixskin spur, on the other hand, is an inch and a quarter, but it's so soft and squishy that it feels smaller.
