Is there a way to pay for gifts for other people on the site by use of their wishlists? Preferably as a unanimous sort of thing?

I just think it'd be awesome to be able to do that. I like giving gifts, but at the same time I'm not much into the attention of being the gifter, so I'd rather do it unanimously.

Yes, there is. Go to their wishlist, add the item to your cart from there, and it will be sent to them anonymously. You can only do this if their wishlist is public, though.
