But don't feel like you necessarily have to "top" any of your previous gifts. If "topping" each prior gift was a gift-giving requirement, then you'd have to end the relationship pretty soon. What in the world would you do for your tenth-year anniversary (or 15th, or 20th), in the event that you stay together?
Just pick something that you know she would appreciate and enjoy. Has she hinted that she would like something in particular?

In addition to the weekend vacation idea... Does she have any fantasies or indulgences that you don't normally give in to? Maybe, just for one day, you could give her something non-physical that she has been desiring for some time. Just an idea!
