Since she is conservative, I would get her something more romance focused that she could use on her honeymoon. For example, there are quite a few kits from Shunga and Kama Sutra here that have massage oils and such that might fit the bill. They're tastefully packaged, so no worries about offending anyone.

I do agree about the Shunga kits, but a tasteful piece of Lingerie would be nice. I would go with a white gown. That shouldn't offend anyone. Also, tell her that that is for the honeymoon, so she doesn't open it in front of everyone. There are also bath and beauty product. A bunch of Dona products (on sale buy 3 save 20%) would be great too.
