Should all those plastics and silicone's be able to be returned to companies for "recycling"?

For other things or to make new sex toys, there's a big difference.
Also how would you feel if that silicone might even go into a baby's toy or something someone is supposed to put into someone's mouth?

In theory such a recycling plan would be a good idea - however the practical costs and potential benefits of such a program is likely to make it uneconomical - for you and for them.
