All the website pictures of the models wearing lingerie, show perky, uplifted, supported breasts with great cleavage. But it doesn't look like they are wearing bras....
How do I get this look in my outfits? I'm a 38D (almost DD) and my girls just look droopy in these thin material, skimpy outfits

Most of the models have implants, which is why they have perky DD+ breasts.

I always look closely at the outfit to see if there is a mention of underwire or padding or just the type of construction which provides lift (like elastic under the bust).

If you want your boobs up & out, corsets are probably the best choice.

You could always have someone spraypaint lines around your boobs.

However, as True Pleasures said... those women hardly look like that in "real life".

Thanks to all for great responses!
The NuBra is a great idea if wearing something out (ie. To a swingers club)

But, what I realized while reading your answers, in most situations, my lingerie doesn't stay on for long, so anything used to prop up my girls would just get in the way! lol

Get your lingerie a bit tight and prop those girls up. That is what I do, see avatar...those are my girls, I don't have photoshop.

Most of these models have breast implants. You get "360 cleavage" when you have a bag of silicone or saline behind your actual breast. You can tell when there is a very distinct "line" or the model has side or bottom cleavage when lying down with no support. As many implants encapsulate (a hard coat of scar tissue forms around the implant) it makes the breast look and feel even more firm, hard actually. These breasts rarely even move when the model jumps, and the "360 Cleavage" and the heavy "lines" which then look like ridges are even more pronounced.

It's a nearly impossible look to achieve with natural breasts. That's one reason that push up bras are so popular; you can take them off and there's no anesthesia involved.
