I have a bit of a tubby tummy and its hard to wear super sexy dresses because my tummy pooches out. Are there any really good corsets that will flatten it all out and make it look a lot more slim?

There are some corsets that start below the bust so you can still wear a bra or do whatever you want with your boobs. This one has had some pretty good reviews:

For under a sexy dress, I would recommend shapewear instead of a corset. Sexy dresses tend to be made of stretchy, form fitting material, and the same way they will show pantylines, they will show a corset. Quality shapewear smoothes out your silhouette and is nearly undetectable under even the slinkiest of outfits.
