Since EF does not sell the accesories that go with the costumes, is there another website we can buy them from? I recently bought the suzy silencer costume off here and was extremely disapointed that it didnt come with the hat.

As we cannot link other sites, I suggest simply doing a google search for the key phrase "buy costumes." The first result that comes up for me is one from which I have bought several costumes and costume accessories without any issue. There are also plenty of reviews on that site, so that you can make informed purchases.
