I do not have a standard body type. I am kinda hourglass, but my boobs are gigantic. I often find myself needing to alter perfectly good lingerie to get better support.

Do you need to alter? If so, what have you done that works?

I've never had to alter any lingerie... sorry you have that problem.

I need breast support so I get lingerie that will look good w/ a black bra, usually. if the lingerie is too tight around the mid section, I adjust it up.

I alter mine as well due to a smaller then normal waist for my body size.

I haven't had to alter any lingerie yet, but have had to fix a piece before. I have though about altering one piece to make the breasts come together better.

For pieces that can't be fixed with a bra under it, I take it to someone to alter it for me that I trust.
