It's kind of hard to locate a piece of lingerie without lace somewhere on it, but what if your husband/partner doesn't like lace at all? That would be a toughie. Not that my partner has anything against lace, but we were talking today about lingerie options that don't have lace included. Latex, cotton, sheer, silk, there's an array of choices.. but most of the prettier, well constructed lingerie has lace involved somewhere on the garment.
Lace or no lace?

I wish I had some suggestions. I'm not a big fan of lace either. I prefer just sheer with a nice trim.

I absolutely love lace and lace detail. However, after the first sexual encounter I had with my current guy, during which I had been wearing a matching black lace set, he informed me that he doesn't tend to prefer lace not because he doesn't like how it looks, but because it is often scratchy compared to smooth fabrics and isn't as comfortable to rub say, a cheek or tip of the penis against.
I know VS makes several bras that don't have lace on them. The Body by victoria line is very nice if it fits your shape. I have the strapless bra from the body collection and it's the most comfortable strapless bra I've ever had. The Showstopper, Sexy Tee, Biofit, Nakeds and Incredible lines also have lace-free options. And I'm sure some similar brands that make nice undergarments that aren't specifically geared towards sexiness would have stuff too, they just don't have stores near me so I'm not familiar with what they have.
Personally, I tend to focus more on fit and overall quality and then the look of the bra. My biggest aesthetic turn off is when bras are bedazzled or jeweled, like several of the new ones at VS are. Build-wise, I have a HUGE problem with padding. I'm fairly well endowed and feel like padding bras make my already large boobs look fake and out of proportion and distracting. The Miraculous bra at VS would make me appear to be a 34F. No thank you! I have a feeling not wanting padding has the potential to be more limiting than not wanting lace.
