My problem with buying a large or extra-large is that then it is baggy absolutely everywhere but the bust due to the fact that I'm about 29" underbust and wear an HH-J cup. Which means that in order to get any support, it would have to come in sharply underneath the bust area, which larger sizes are not prone to doing. On top of that, the only way that a flowing top looks any good is if it's something like a babydoll, as the whole point of tight tops is to be tight. Babydolls, of course, tend to come with built in cups. As for halters, can you suggest any that provide actual support? Most of the time I've seen halters, they're a useless bit of string or lace around the neck, and I end up breaking that after about five minutes if I actually try to tie it.
