I got a size small and it fit me really well. I might have been able to get away with a medium, but I'm happy with the small. I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 120, around my bust measures 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist and measure about 34" around the top of my hips and about 37" around my butt, and wear a good solid B cup. The thong fit me well enough, although if I were much bigger it'd have been uncomfortable. The top is comfortably tight on me. I can wear it easily with a bra and without, but my boobs look better with a pushup bra.

It's something that I can wear while just out and about and it's more of a fancy shirt than something really dressy, and for that I love it.

I work in a sex shop and this is one of our most popular babydolls. It's super flattering on pretty much everyone I've ever seen try it on. It's often a big winner with plus size women, although it looks good on any size, really. I've personally never given it a go, but I don't think you'd be disappointed with it.
