Bustiers and corsets are supposed to be a good support for the breast . Enhancing it's shape and size. I don't have big boobs but I find it nice to have a corset without the paddings. Gives more feeling of being my real self than just added bliss that's fake. Would you prefer to have it padded or not ?

No padding for me. I hate boobs, so either I wear a bra from the kid's section (the adult section doesnt even have my size) or bind.

I have small breasts (A cup), and I try to avoid padding; I like there to be just enough that my nipples won't show through no matter how cold it is, but I don't want the padding to really change the shape/size of my breasts. Of course, that's for everyday lingerie. If I were looking at lingerie specifically for sex, the padding would matter even less, since he'll be seeing it all soon anyway
