In my post-holiday department store sale shopping, I found a white blouse somewhat like the one in this picture. I really want this cincher now!
My question is about sizing...I am 38 inches under the bust, with a 34 inch waist. What size cincher should I get? Does it make that much difference whether I want to wear a blouse underneath or not?
