Depends what is considered lingerie, but at around 16 or 17 I believe.

I was given my mom's old, beautiful nighties as a preteen. I would say that I also started collecting similar nighties & slips around that same age (I had breasts at age 10). I probably bought lingerie new for the first time in my teens but I don't recall exactly when.
