Which is the most important measurement on a corset to you?

Contributor: Petite Valentine Petite Valentine
I love corsets, but the problem I have (beyond the different sizing from manufacturer to manufacturer) is that something that fits me in one area, like the waist, will not fit me in another, say the bust, according to the size charts. It makes picking the right size a challenge.

When you shop for corsets here on EF, which size is most important to you?

The bust then the waist. It has to fit the bust, mine is rather large. I can adjust to the waist. I do go down one size on the lace up corsets, but stay on the correct size for non-lace up.

I only buy handmade corsets, so all the measurements are important to me.

The waist measurement is generally the only measurement needed for corsets.

Waist, I only wear underbust corsets because I can't afford custom made ones right now.

Usually I worry more about waist size rather than bust size

Waist, but I also look at the length of the corset because I'm pretty tall. I worry about this more if the garters aren't detachable.

I guess the waist, but I'm not sure.. it's hard to say, I would love it if it had the perfect fit!
