Who feels that the costume and lingerie makers are kinda bias toward bigger plus size girls?

Contributor: koola1d88 koola1d88
I can't be the only one who feels like this! It's been really bothering me and on my mind ever since halloween that they make plus size stuff but not as much or as cute as the smaller sizes for the thin girls and of course they deserve it cause they're sexier right!!!!!!??????? They should really make all costumes and lingerie in all sizes so other women can choose if they are comfortable in those smaller sexier things, but i feel like it's very bias! Who else feels the same?

I think you mean they're biased against plus size women. I would also like to note that there's not much for guys. But that seems true of clothing for the most part. Just think of the percentage that's male clothing in department stores or malls.

Indeed, bigger variety is always better...

I do find it such a shame that I will finally find something that actually looks neat to me, but they only have some arbitrary "Small, Medium, Large" sizing system. We need more variety. It would also be nicer if they actually made these things in better materials. For how much they charge for these items, I'm surprised how cheaply they're made.

the ones that get me are the ones who do offer larger sizes, but never use models that are larger as well!

You can still have a sexy product picture, but I can also know what it looks like in an XXL. Sometimes the size difference really changes how the clothes look.

I know I read alot of reviews that say that it's unraveling or coming apart in some way.

I agree! I am a plus size and a lot of the styles I would love to have do not come in my size. It's very irritating to not be able to find something sexy. Just because we might have large droopy boobs or belly flab and folds, does not mean we don't want to wear something sexy.

Yes there are several cute items I would get if only they came in my size!

After so many years of being offered what amounts to a muumuu as a costume I am pleased as punch to see larger ladies getting more choice and better costumes. Still I wouldn't want an error too far in the other direction. Costumes and clothing should be made for all sized women!

I think in general all the sexy stuff is biased to the heavier people my man likes me to be heavy he is turne dof fby tiny skinny women and this site and all sites tahtscelebrate beauty should keep that in mind and designers should make more in sizes to fit all women not just tiny ones

That's why I have very little, none of the really cute stuff is in my size.

At least the men's clothing shows no bias, since everything offered is a thong or pouched brief of some sort. If the largest elastic band fits, it works; massive model arms and pecs optional.

I'm right on the border between "normal" and plus-sized. I have noticed that one of the companies had a variety of models for their "normal" lingerie, and only 2 for their plus-sized line. Also, they put a lot into the setting for the photo shoots for the "normal" sized girls, but used just a white backdrop for the plus-sized models.

They do need more variety in sizing,I'd love to see some stuff that has been designed for those of that are more flat chested.
