If you're doing ANYTHING involving the vagina always, ALWAYS use water based lube. Silicone and oil based lubes can cause serious infections and really throw off the pH of the vagina. Personally, I really like a brand called "climax bursts," they're water based and they have tiny little beads of vitamin e and different kinds of effects like cooling or tingling.
