I would not recommend it. The gag reflex is there for a reason - to prevent aspiration of foreign substances. On top of that, it may cause irritation to your throat and mouth. Accidental ingestion may also prove to be hazardous.

I can understand why you might consider using it for oral sex, but the benefits seem to be minimal compared to potential risks.
