I pretty much exclusively use oils or oil based lotions for my skin because of how dry it is, especially in the winter. Coconut oil is the base of many of my favorite skin stuffs It's also really good in textured hair or hair prone to dryness.

We stumbled across the use of coconut oil as a lube on marriagebed.com. Have used it for off and on for several years. My wife is prone to UTIs, so we now use it only for massage. Don't know if it really has any effect on bladder infections or not, but we have both decided it is not really worth risking anything that may cause her that kind of discomfort.
