Some lubes we purposely don't combine with oral so it's not big deal. However, if it were flavored, it would just add more versatility to the product.

Well, even 'unflavored' lubes usually have some taste. Maybe I'm weird, but I always kinda liked the taste of KY. Astroglide natural tastes OK, too. Check that--I'm definitely weird!
