It may help to let it dry after you put it on and absorb into the skin before you start having sex so it doesn't rub off on her. Alternatively you can just start doing some exercises to last longer naturally, for example during masturbation you can bring yourself really close to orgasm then stop, then do it again.

I have not tried any pills yet,but I have friends who say there is a pill called cloud 9 that is great. as far as gels I do not like them either
