Just ordered a lube tube and was wondering how much lube (in terms of cc's) should be inserted into the anus before anal toying?

I would say it depends on what kind of material the toy is made of, glass will take less than say silicone. I usually start with about 2 ml. (Not sure of the conversion)
Based on the picture of the lube tube I would start with about 1/2", maybe more. Better to have to much than not enough, unless you are worried about santorum

One of the great benefits of the metric system: 1mL = 1cc.
I'd start with 1-2 mL/cc inserted and a further 1-2mL spread on the outside of the anus/toy (split it up however you're comfortable).
