Water based alone so my toys don't get ruined. I use it with my guy if we use a cock ring or the We-Vibe 2.
If we are just having sex without a toy then I like silicone because it seems to last longer.

I prefer water based because I can use it with virtually any toy. Not good in the shower tho' so silicone lube there with a silicone lube safe toy to use it with.

Water for the bedroom, silicone or oil based for the shower/tub. We do not use oil for sex though.

Used to b just water based, but we have discovered silicone, and we like it better. It can stain the sheets, however.

Silicone, because a little goes a long way for my toys. Don't own any silicone toys yet and once I do, I will have to rethink my decision.

Most of my toys are silicone, so I use water-based most of the time, and oil-based for the shower.

I prefer water-based. I've found most silicone lubes feel greasy and soak into the skin too fast, plus they're incompatible with many of my toys.
