Ooooh! Don't put them in the drier - that stain'll be there forever.
First off, cover the stain with Dawn, Vanish or some degreaser (has to be a degreaser if you can find it.)
Squidge and squish and knead the degreaser well into the stain (see if you can lather it up.) Use your fingers to really get it in there - then leave it to 'soak' or 'marinate' for a couple of hours.
Then get some BOILING water (our hot tap is boiling, but you may need to use a kettle) and pour a stream of boiling water directly through the stain (it'll ideally wash the lube out.)
Once you've done that, wash the sheet in the machine (if it's white or you don't mind it fading, wash it on a HOT, HOT, HOT cycle! Then let it dry on the washing line, so you'll know if you've gotten the stain out (as I said above, you'll 'set' the stain if you dry it in the machine.)
