Water-based and oil-based lubes are fine on silicone toys. Sometimes a high-quality silicone or hybrid lube can be used, but you should always do a patch test first. If you have any doubts whatsoever, play it safe and stick with water- and oil-based.
(Avoid the oil-based as well if you use condoms on your toys, since oil dissolves latex.)
