I have not needed lube yet except for a first entry (like first time having sex or after not seeing it other in a loooong time probably). I keep it around for anal and toys, though, so I vote lube...

I don't use lube for my "normal" masturbation sessions, because I have a foreskin, and don't need it. It is definitely a must for all anal play though.

I almost always use lube for masturbation, lube just gets me going faster before my natural lube kicks in. I always use lube for everything anal but rarely for PIV sex.

We are similar. Depending on what we do before penetration also determines if lube is needed. I have given her multiple orgasms manually and orally sometimes so she does not need any lube for initial penetration. We have even been able to do anal without lube after she has been all worked up and coated my member well...

this, hormonal shifts change how dry I am and if we need it. Some toys I always use lube, those are my silicone and other ones that drag and need some lube. I have needed lube more often than not lately though because of a medication I am on.
