Okay- so I want to make arousal gels my specialty on eden (I've only been here 2 months)
and heres my advice so far:
Look for something with L-argenine, sometimes just called argenine. It's an amino acid- not bad for you in fact very good for your heart. It works like a female topical viagra. It's called a vassal dilator and promotes blood flow. Most of them also contain either peppermint oil or menthol - either one is fine for me but some prefer the peppermint. another good ingredient is horny goat weed.
What I like is to do is apply it straight to my clit or g-spot and fore-go the all over application which can be a bit intense. usually women prefer cooling to warming but we're all different- try a sample of a warming lube - they come in silicone and/or water-based
My favs of the strictly arousing and not meant as a lube? somethikng by ocean sensuals (not on eden ) called 'g'gel. best for your $
another good one thats cheap and still works? start it up acellerator gel SE225010 less than $10 bucks
