You didn't really have an "other", but my favorite is Wet Synergy which is a hybrid. I like the texture and staying power of silicone lubes though.

I use water-based for silicone toys and vaginal play. Otherwise I prefer silicone because it's slicker and there's rarely a need for re-application.

Water-based feels the best and most natural to me (Sliquid for the win!) and the majority of my toys are silicone, so I use water-based lube most of the time.

Water is always the best bet. Especially if you get a toy and you don't know what it's made from. I've seen some places not have it on the packaging which is RATHER odd.

We use oil for everything vaginal with my wife - she loves how the Shea and Cocoa butters leave her skin so soft and smooth. Some like coconut oil - we haven't tried it.

We use silicone for anal play - but only with metal, glass or plastic. That is why we have no silicone toys that we use anally.

We have never found - and stopped looking for a water-based product that we like.
