I've been wanting to try some different types of lube for anal play. I've really only used wet and ID, and have been thinking of trying JO.
What are your experiences with lube used for anal play?

We like Maximus manufacturered by Bodywise Limited, quite a bit.
We also like Adam & Eve Personal Lubricating gel, manufacturered by Topco Sales which is a bit thicker and that's a good thing.

Astroglide I have found to be the best for anal sex.

We use the Pink silicone lube.

I like System Jo's H2O anal lube. I also have a bottle of Maximus... but I put drops of both on my hands and rubbed them together and System Jo won out (didn't dry up as fast as Maximus... and even when it felt like it was gone, there was still slickness on my fingers).

I only use water-based lubes, because it seems like it'd be a waste to buy silicone-based lube and then only be able to use it with a fraction of my toys. That being said, I'm a huge fan of System JO H2O! It seems to be perpetually on sale in one form or another and there are tons of varieties (flavored, warming, anal etc). It also works extremely well and is really easy to clean up.
