What's a good warming/cooling lube that's safe for "down there?"

I'd really love to try some warming lube on myself but I'm not sure what to get... I don't want a warming massage lotion or anything like that, I want something that I can use on my clit. I've never tried any before. Does the cooling lube have a similar feeling? Which do you like better? Suggestions please! =] Thanks.

Warming and cooling sensation lubricants definitely feel very different. Here's what they feel like for me. But keep in mind that it does vary from person to person.

Warming:

When it's weak, it's like being unusually warm in that area. If you hate being cold because you're cold-natured, this could be awesome. For me, I can't comfortably orgasm (or sometimes at all) if I'm too warm. Maybe it's like your skin got a nice blush from the spring/summer sun.

When it's strong, it's really strong! It can almost feel like just that part of your body is stuck inside a car on a sweltering summer day... with the windows rolled up... and no windshield protection. I haven't found many this powerful but, like I said earlier, I'm over-sensitive to heat. And the more air flows onto that body part, the more it gets your juices flowing (or should I say 'sweating'?) which further "activates" the heat.

Cooling/Tingly:

When it's weak, it reminds me of how your mouth feels after you've brushed your teeth. It's just slightly below body temperature, well lubricated, and a gentle, clean tingle. And then it's over fairly quickly. The slight tingle can help awaken nerve endings if you find yourself being rather "steel-clitted&qu ot; during stimulation.

I absolutely love this sensation and I will tell you now that I like it strong! When it's powerful, it's like swishing with original, minty Listerine. It's an intense tingly, usually menthol-laced cooling sensation that I have termed "cold fire". If you're sensitive already, this could be very unpleasant. But if you're not, it could be heavenly.

So I can't make very many suggestions for the warming sensations based on ones I like (because I'm just not a "warming" woman). But I can say that I really like certain brands so those would be what I would try first: Sliquid Organics Warming, Sliquid Sizzle, System JO Premium Warming Lube for Women

But when it comes to tingling/cooling, I can make more informed recommendations. For weaker lubes: KY Tingling (found in grocery stores), System JO Clitoral Gel, System JO H2O Cool, Cleopatra's Secret (I have the Strawberry flavor which is mild in my opinion and I figure the other fruit flavors will be too)

For more powerful tingling (and my personal favorite that I own two of): Cleopatra's Secret (in the Menthol flavor for added tingle and that minty fresh taste!)

I have reviews written for two of the lubes listed up there and I think two more should be written sometime in the undetermined future. I hope I helped a little. And I say try more than one! I just couldn't help but posting on this thread (especially as how no one else has yet)!

Please let me know what works out for you. I wanted to purchase some myself, but I never have luck with these types of things.
