Simultaneous orgasm is a rare occurrence for us. I much prefer for her to cum first. As I've gotten older the instances of me losing my erection after I cum has become more frequent, not always but more frequent. That does not mean that if I cum first and lose my erection that the action is over, far from it. However, she much prefers to orgasm with my cock inside her rather than a toy or even my fingers or tongue. So as much fun as simultaneous is, I prefer her to cum first.
