I have been washing mine with regular soap and water, but I feel like there's a better way.

First with soap and water, and then as it dries, then treat with a toy cleaner, especially if they are made of TPE material.

Soap and water is the recommendation for all toys that are not electrically powered. If they use batteries, I recommend using a damp cloth for cleaning.

Yes, but in many men's toys, you can take out the sleeve for easier cleaning of the toy, and vibro bullets are usually taken out for easy cleaning.
