Do you think it is ok to cut a fleshlight in half or a smaller size for a more portable use? Easier to travel with etc. What do you think? Have you done it before?

I don't think I'd do that. I think removing the end would cause it to lose a lot of suction, even if the open end was covered with fingers. I think it would be easier to just look for a smaller toy made with a similar material. My fiance has some masturbators that have similar feel to the Fleshlight that are much less bulky.

We have done this with certain types of sleeves, but not with a flashlight. Since it has a case, it's much trickier. You may want to find a cheaper sleeve and cut it for travel purposes.
