All the reviews I've read say it's a huge waste. The lowest rated review on the product I believe gets to the reality behind this divice. Just looking at how it's made I can see it is a lube hog. Plus ad in the serious lack of privace by requiring you to be connected to their server through the net in order to use it, whereby they monitor your use, just turns me off.

I had no problems with it. Online privacy isn't really much of an issue, you can use the product with the supplied disc.
I didn't have any problems with hair pulling. You can read my review here.

I have one. It felt good and the overall experience with synchronizing with the videos was great.
My first one eventually stopped working while under warranty and they promptly replaced it. Very promptly. I think the replacement also eventually stopped working. That was a couple of years ago.
I might get another...
