Were you aware that some toys contained phthalates (and the possible dangers of them) before joining/shopping at EdenFantasys?

I would be interested in hearing about how you found out if you can remember.

Should be "contain phthalates." Sorry.

Prior to joining I didn't even know of their existence! Then, after reading some reviews, I kept seeing that word pop up and on products, as "phthalates free" so I checked 'em out!

I didn't know they were in toys until I came to EF. I knew about phthalates though before coming to EF because I worked in the natural health-alternative medicine industry.

I actually didn't know that there were some toys that DIDN'T contain phthalates. I joined eden to find better toys and was willing to spend the money to do so. Very cool that I found some at all price points.

I learned from buying children's teething toys that these chemicals were dangerous. When I first started buying adult toys, I learned from Babeland that one should find out and avoid phthalates in our toys, too.

I knew it just before I came to Eden.I was looking for a dildo of a certain size and I wanted a jelly dildo because the material was and still is the best material I felt. While looking up jelly dildos I saw tons of stuff online about it.I even bought one it wasn't big enough and I came here because I can search by size for another jelly one.So many people were talking about not liking it I didn't buy another one. When you look it up online people mostly are saying that they smell bad and use a condom with dildo/vibrators in bad material not all of the negative stuff you hear about it on here.

I didn't even know what phthalates were! I kept seeing it come up in reviews from experienced people, and wanted to know what they were so I could include stuff about them in mine as well. Important information!

I learned a lot about toys from EF! I had no idea. I had jelly and PVC toys prior to knowing about materials.

I learned about phthalates in a chem class during my first year of University. I later discovered their presence in sex toys through a local sex shop before I found Eden.

I knew my body reacted badly to some toys, though I didn't know why. Stumbling upon EF was the best luck ever. It is because EF provides so much educational information that I stuck around, and eventually started participating in the community.

I had no clue before joining Eden about what toys contained in them. I would just buy them because I liked them and wanted to try it. I am glad I found out about this site I have learned so much being here.
