There are a million storage threads but I wanted to share 2 things that I didn't find on the 6 or so I read through that aren't your obvious ideas.

#1 SOCKS!!!!! maybe even old tights for those extra long or thick ones. I recently grabbed my sock basket and quickly filled a whole box of toys into individual socks and a quick peak into the box shows just that- JUST SOCKS!!!great for keeping silicone separated.

#Bread tags- perfect for labeling your cords for your different chargers.

any other weird ideas?

Excellent ideas! My most creative idea is to set out a decoy box that matches the key to my storage, and storing the key sort of hanging out of the lock with the decoy box unlocked, so that snoops will end up going through unlabeled dvds of Nova when trying to find my porn, and never get to the real stash.

Oven mitts could be a good storage sack as well. Or maybe tall plastic cups, then they could be placed in a bag or drawer. I was just thinking about options this evening as I was putting away the new toys I received today and yesterday.

Sodom and Gomorrah

I love it! I use ziplock because of the lint. Hmm, I can put the toy in the ziplock bag and then put it in a sock as well. I liked this idea because there is always a friend or guest that snoops around and that's all they'll see (socks)!

when we travel and want to take multiple dildos with us, we wrap them in bandannas. they do generally pick up lint that way, but a quick rinse when ready to use is all it takes.
