Do most cock rings operate on watch batteries and is there are longevity difference between those operated with AAs and those with watch batteries?

I think it depends on the kind of cock ring you get. If the vibrator has a remote, the remote usually takes 2 or more double A batteries. If the vibrator is wireless or remoteless, then I guess it is usually watch batteries.
In my experience, the ones that run off double A-s run longer and are stronger.

I've found watch batteries die faster, my husband bought a really terrible cockring link and the batteries died after 30 minutes, it also was not very powerful in the least. Where as we have link that takes AA, not only does it keep the toy going for hours but it leads to much more powerful vibrations than the first ring did.

As a side note, watch batteries tend to be more expensive too. I actually refuse to buy a cock ring that has a bullet that uses watch batteries unless the bullet can be switched out with a better one.
