does anyone know if the chocolate passion body powder is supposed to come with a feather applicator? As far as I can tell, it does. But mine did not show up with one. I want to know for sure before I bug customer service about it. If anyone knows, please let me know. thanks

Yes it does. We've got about 4 of them now since this is our favorite body powder (lol).
