It depends on what you're trying to accomplish with one, and whether you are willing to put in the effort. This one (link) works, but it's kind of a pain in the ass, too. Fortunately, it's cheap.

I've tried a variety of clit pumps, both from EF and elsewhere. The kind that have a squeeze bulb are weak; they'll give you a nice suckling feeling but not much more. I have a heavy duty pump I got from a fetish website that I adore; it can engorge my clit for hours, and I'm told that if I keep using it regularly, my clit will be permanently enlarged and sensitized, which is a very arousing prospect.

For a simple suction, you could try the Mini Nipple Suckers. I just got a pair, and for $10 they are great. While designed for nipples, one can do the job just fine on a clit. It fit comfortably between my labia, and plumped up my clit nicely.

Yes, this. Especially since that one didn't really look very good to begin with. You should try the Advanced from Cal Ex. It's actually decent. It doesn't get a TON of use, but it's pretty good.
