A partner who has control over those muscles can be absolutely outstanding.

HOnestly, I always think that my wife feels tighter after she gives birth. I know it sounds crazy to some, but after she had our two daughters, About two months later, It felt like it was our first time together! It was amazing Not that everytime isn't amazing, but I could definitely feel a difference, in a good way.

I do notice a difference when she has been doing her kegels, definitely though. She does them every day, and sometimes when she slacks off for a week or so, its not that she is "loose", she just isn't as firm or she doesn't tighten around me as hard when she orgasms.

My wife didn't get THAT into her exercises. She did them for maybe a week or two. It wasn't a big difference, but it was noticeable.

tight is good, but if they do it too much it can be kind of scary

I'm a girl, so I couldn't say. My SO says he can't, though.

Don't know for sure. But if she can flex them harder during sex I can bet that it would be felt.
