I can't make any comparisons to real sex (no frame of reference), but I do own the Auto Fuk and can provide some insight. This is going to get a little long for a forum post, please bear with me.
The first thing to know is that the Auto Fuk has a 3xlr connector, meaning that you have options for expandability, unlike the dark magic inflatable machine, which has a screw-on connector for the attachments. That said, there's some prep work into using the Auto Fuk. It's got a plastic casing, making it relatively lightweight, but that also means that it will push itself back instead of thrusting into or onto you (depending on what attachments you're using) unless you have something to deploy the suction cup feet to, a whiteboard from Staples works sell.
I can't comment on the realistic dildo attachment that comes with the Auto Fuk, I have hang-ups about realistic dildos in my ass and immediately lost that thing, but there are other attachments available from other vendors. You're not limited to only 3xlr-based attachments, as there are adapters to allow QuickLok and Vac-u-lock attachments to be used as well; had to go to another vendor for those though. There are also clamp and band adapters that connect to a QuickLok connector; the clamp will allow for most standard dildos and vibes to be used alongside the auto fuk, while the band adapter will allow most masturbators with a hard external casing to be strapped in. I've tried it with both the sex engine and honey pot masturbators strapped into the adaptor, and they both fit my needs. There's also a double-attachment quicklok adapter that was intended for double-penetration, bit can theoretically be used for masturbator + anal. I have the double adapter, but haven't tried it yet. There's also a clamp adapter for strapping in a wand-style vibe on top of the thrusting, but i don't have that, can't comment on it. I've also tried the Magic Scepter glass dildo anally with the clamp attachment, which was kind of fun but I wasn't able to reliably hit my prostate with it. Still need to work on my positioning.
There's a caveat to using adapters in that it increases the length of the piston rod; leading to the auto fuk having some trouble with downward penetration angles unless you have it elevated above you. Does upward and horizontal thrusting angles pretty well though. Also, those adapters aand the toy at the end are going to add some extra weight, making it more important that you have the auto fuk secured own to something so it doesn't buck back and forth unusably. The weight concern is why I haven't tried the double adapter yet.
It's a lot of prep, and to get all the expandability out if it, there is going to be some extra cost, but having hands-free masturbation at 450 RPM has given me some of the most powerful orgasms I've ever had. If you have dedicated furniture like a swing or some kind of chair that allows thrusting from below, maybe a suspension kit or something, it would probably be even more versatile. I don't have any of those or a place to mount them, so I can't say 100%.
Having a faster electric motor, it can get a little loud at higher speeds, so you may want a box fan or something to compensate for that if it's concern. With all that said, I'd say go for it, but not at full price. For the 50% off it's at right now though, it's totally worth it, but be sure to get the adapters and attachments you want for it. I plan on leaving a review in the future, but I need t do more testing. Btu the Auto Fuk at 50% off is a great entry point into the heavy iron, if you're willing to put in the prep.
